As the founder member of New Recruit, she started working in the field of recruitment in 2001 after a successful career as National Sales Manager with Telefunken South Africa, a consumer electronics leader. A former high school teacher, she soon was attracted into the world of business and later moved into a successful sales focused career. Her career moved into the world of recruitment when, she took up the role as GM of a well respected financial labour broking firm in Cape Town and then subsequently as GM of an advertising and response management business. She later discovered another side to the business of recruitment and founded New Recruit based on these principles and focuses on “all things recruitment” with an emphasis as follows:

Through this model, she has built a reputation as a subject matter expert and has developed unique and custom designed recruitment services to her clients.

Old Mutual Wealth – 9 Senior Business Development roles nationally required and successfully placed by December 2015;
Old Mutual Wealth – Private Client Securities – 6 Portfolio Managers headhunted nationally;
Old Mutual Personal Finance – Summit Leadership Recruitment for EE professionals. 10 Sales / Area Managers successfully placed nationally. Many more successful placements were made at Old Mutual in the last 8 years.

KEZIAH GOLDEN - SINGH
Keziah is an experienced Talent Consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the staffing and recruiting industry for over four years. Within this tenure she covers the management of the full recruitment process for permanent, contract and temp desk vacancies. She has worked for both international and national groups, which have provided her with the scope to develop a cross-disciplinary understanding of business recruitment process requirements. Keziah’s experience across various industries, e.g. Consulting, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, E-Commerce, Health Care, ICT Solutions, IP Communications and IT Infrastructure, Retail, Public Sector (Financial Governance and National Affairs), Investment, Oil and Gas as well as Construction, gives her great depth as a generalist Recruiter.
She has a proven record of success within the Recruitment and Project Management sector both nationally and internationally. Keziah’s tertiary training in Industrial Human Resource Management, Business Management and Systems Certification Compliance, enable her to find good solutions to business requirements at all levels of business. She is passionate about helping, empowering and supporting all those whom she meets. Because of her business process execution, she has received an international recognition for service excellence by the IMEA Region (India, Middle East and Africa) Sector: Sales Infusion Initiatives (Training).
With a National Diploma in Human resources, Kelly is currently studying towards her Degree in Human Resource Development part time. Kelly has an administrative background and brings this area of expertise to our team. She has provided complete end to end administration, compliance and support to our recruiters in the recruitment process. She provides an invaluable contribution to the team success, is exceptionally well organised, shows great initiative and is masterful at working under pressure and seeing things through to completion.
