Our client, a leading clothing retailer, has an exciting career opportunity for a Customer Care Consultant who will be responsible for creating brilliant customer experiences in support of the sales cycle.
In this role, the successful incumbent will provide the Sales reps with sales support and will ensure that all customer needs are met in the order process.
The successful candidate will:
- Ensure that all customer needs are met
- Capture customer orders accurately
- Answer incoming customer calls
- Manage the flow of orders
- Deal with customer queries and complaints
- Provide the team with in-store customer support
To be considered you will need:
- Grade 12 (relevant tertiary qualification is an advantage)
- Retail experience is an advantage
