Reporting to the Group MD, your role will be pivotal in supporting the executive management of an established company. Your main deliverable is to ensure professional and efficient management of day-to-day operational and business requirements and ensure that the head office is well managed.

 

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • PA and general administration function in support to Management team
  • Preparation of documents, document storage and system management
  • Manage business requirements, activities and projects
  • Calendar management, coordination of meetings and management of yearly planner
  • Travel co-ordination
  • Office management which includes the management of office supply purchases and the management of office infrastructure
  • IT services management
  • Staff management which includes managing office cleaning staff, engaging in performance management processes, and recruitment and selection
  • Support the C-suite executives with ad hoc projects

 

To be successful you will need to be:

  • Highly computer literate (intermediate level Microsoft Office, CRM package)
  • Have a post matric qualification
  • Have at least 5 years relevant experience working with executives or at director level
  • Have your own car and a valid driver’s licence
  • Strong communication skills with a mastery of the English language
  • Have experience completing personal tasks for directors
